The smell of fresh bread and buttery croissants, sourdough pastries and coffee were enough to entice MDT Building Group to fit out this bakery.

The bakery has a large floor space spread across two tenancies. Production is the focal point showcasing the floor to ceiling baking chambers where the magic happens to create the much-loved bread and pastries.

Freshening the aesthetics of this space involved a long list including partitions and ceilings, stainless steel benches and shelving. Carefully selected tiling and vinyl flooring in the production area have been installed. Polished concrete epoxy flooring in the seating area complements the solid timber joinery – Birch plywood and Celery top pine.

Natural light flourishes the bakery, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere – making it an obvious favourite for locals.
