The tight timeframe did not hinder the refurbishment but instead delivered an impressive outcome.

Stripping out the existing space was the initial phase of the refurbishment. This then lend itself to a long list of installations – partition walls and ceilings, new refrigeration, cake displays, specialty equipment, heating and cooling systems, a cleverly disguised AV system, concrete counter walls, polished plaster walls, terrazzo floor and furnished Carrara marble bench tops and splashbacks, powder coated steel and timber shelving and new leather upholstery stools.

All materials were carefully selected to enhance the experience of stepping foot into Pidapipo, and the workmanship mirrored the precision of the perfect ratio of ingredients that go into each one of the gelato flavours.

The feature pendants exuding warm lighting create a focal point to the main counter that incorporates Pozzetti displays. Combined with speciality equipment and chocolate taps are meshed to create the perfect layout for a great mouth-watering experience, every single time.
